💕 Membership Cancellations & Freezes

We totally understand that life happens! Whether you need to take a break or cancel altogether, we’ve made it easy to manage your Burly Blowout Bar membership right from your Vagaro account.

✨ To Cancel or Freeze Your Membership:

1. Log into your Vagaro account using the same email you used to sign up for your membership.
2. Click or tap “My Profile” in the top right corner.
3. Select “Memberships” from the dropdown menu.
4. You’ll see your active membership(s) listed.
5. Choose the membership you’d like to manage, then click “Cancel” or “Freeze.”
6. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your changes.

📅 Important Notes:

1. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.
2. Freezes can be applied for up to 60 days at a time, allowing you to pause your benefits without losing them.
3. Once canceled, any unused blowouts or perks remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
4. You can reactivate your membership anytime through the same Vagaro portal.
